5.3. Syllabus

1.    The lives of others: Describe customs and habits. Show interest in a conversation. Have a friendly discussion. Talk about recent activities.

2.    Colleagues, customers and candidates: Talk about good and bad service, conditions and experiences at work. Answer interview questions. 

3.     Goals and objectives: talk about plans and intentions, projects, future consequences and hypopthetical situations. 

4.     Escapes and escapades: talk about tastes and preferences, a news story, the way things were. Tell an anecdote.

5.    Culture and communication: How to use appropriate language, report an encounter, talk about foreign language habits and cultural differences.
